Inbound delivery stuck

Hi experts,

Inbound delivery is getting stuck in SMQ2.

Message No. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012

Could not create header data delivery

Please help me out if anyone of you have came across such incident.

You can get the clue for your issue in

1. SMQ2 and
2. SLG1

The reason could be

1. In the Mapping of Business System under Interfaces -> ERP Integration
2. BP with correct Role like SFPRT - Ship-from-Vendor
3. Prod Master Warehouse View not created in EWM

All these 3 affect SAVEREPLICA Func Mod. The most common cause for this issue is point number 3.

Hi Abhishek,

The system adds /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012 to structure the log when there is an error message that is not assigned to a specific item. To eliminate the root cause, read the other messages in the log and fix their issues.

1st Check point is

SPRO -> SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods Movements -> Map Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM

Check whether Plant, SLoc with Logical system are mapped correctly to Warehouse and Availability group.

If 1st check point is good then the 2nd check point is ultimately BP role maintenance and corresponding data on the respective fields against the BP of the Plant.

Can you check the exact cause of the error using T code SLG1 (Application Log).

Hi Abhi,

The inbound is moving from ERP to EWM or EWM to ERP

Any if you SMQ2 transaction select queue and double click on queue name it will display the queue conatiner there we can see the exact data of the queue.

Or else goto inbound delivery and check the changes if any changes happened also it will struck.

Please check delivery split indicator in ERP system.

In Customizing for Logistics Execution under Shipping -> Deliveries -> Define Split Criteria for Deliveries -> Delivery Split by Warehouse Number

Hello Abhi,

whenever you see a mesage 'Application error' it is likely that there is a program error behind. You should first check whether a BAdI implementation might be the root cause (enlarge the message text column to see whether the text contains something with 'BADI'. Otherwise send a message to SAP.

And also check the EWM to ECC whn mapping configuration in ERP integration settings.
