Hi All

For one of my customer the Credit exposure value is in negative.

In the normal cases alsways it should be positive.

Is any body came accross with such issue.

If any body has the idea why it will come like that, then just let me know.

Thank u.

Hello Sophia,

in most cases the negative credit exposure means, that the credit values are wrong. You can execute the report RVKRED88 (simulation report) for the customer and compare the value with the sales value in FD32. If the values are the same, than all values are correct. If not, you will need to correct the values using the report RVKRED77.

In some cases the negative value in FD32 might be correct: These cases are

1. if you have credit memo requests (credit memos), which are updating the credit management (please look into the note 551471) or 2. you use the billing relevance G for the credit active i value item categories (please review the note 726557) or

3. you have wrong customizing settings for the batch items (for that case please review the note 860621).

I hope this information helps you.

Best regards,

Lela
