Error in ICF node checking webgui

We are trying to activating ITS in eec5.0 we got below error

Sicf -> sap->gui-> its->webgui when we tested we got below information

Error in ICF node

For the logon, certain ICF nodes must be released in transaction SICF

Check the following ICF nodes, as described in SAP Note 517484:

/sap/public/bc

/sap/public/bc/ur

we check note and activated same but problem same

please help me with your valuable solutions

I would try to release everything below sap/public/bc to see if it works then, you can release a service with the option to also activate everything which is located underneath.

Then retry test.

Please activate the nodes in sicf.

/sap/public/bc

/sap/public/bc/ur

Then , test the service. You will surely get the page.

Otherwise, provide some more logs or trace files, for better diagnosis.
