Hi Experts,
When an Automated Monitoring Exception is generated in SAP GRC Process Control 10.1, the control owner has three option, i.e. close without plan, assign re-mediation plan and void.
When he uses the void option, the issue gets closed with cancelled status.
Is it possible to re-open such voided issues at a later point? Or is there a possibility to send such cases for the review of another agent?

No, this is not possible; related case, evaluation and issues are closed.
You could, nevertheless, delete logically (via SPRO-> delete cases and workflow) that particular case then run (in replacement) a new monitoring for the same period.

If the issue is closed with cancelled status, it means that the work item created for this task was set to logically deleted. I don't see how to re-open it or forward to anyone else.
