Alerts not triggered to Email

Hello Experts,

The Alerts have been configured,while testing the alerts are coming in ALert inbox and in SOST..but it is not delivered to my outlook inbox

1)Tried  testing in RSALERTEST and the mails are coming to my inbox

2)Also triggered a test mail ..and for that the mails are coming..

When any error message is triggered ,getting the entries in Alert inbox and in SOST,but not in outlook inbox.

Please suggest.

Log into to Alert inbox  --> Personalization --> Time Independent Delivery --> EMAIL

Make sure Email is selected. This will forward Alerts as Email.

Hi Bhavesh,

I have tried with the following option..but still I can see the entries only in Alert inbox..but not in the email.Please suggest.

  • Can you check if the email ID is assigned to your user ID in SU01?
  • Can you also check in SLG1 if you see any errors for Alerts.

Also can you please confirm you are using Classical Alerts and not Component Based Message Alerting.

Thanks for your reply.The scenario is classical scenario..it worked after adding the email ID in PIRWBUSER .
