Hi Senthil,

Best way to prepare .CSV file is to download the same using packspec transaction. i.e. /SCWM/PACKSPEC.

Create one sample packspec or search for the existing packspec and then you can download the same using the button as shown below.

Then you can add the multiple items in the file and upload using /SCWM/IPU.

Let us know in case of any issue.

Thanks,

Hi Sandip/Jobi,

I have uploaded the PS for one material and it get uploaded successfully .

But it is in inactive status . Do we have to activate it manually every time ?

What is the standard practice .

When I am trying to upload for multiple material I am getting error

How to compile the data for multiple products ? Do we have to leave one line for next material ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Senthil,

You have to activate the packaging specification manually after upload.

For your error message, I guess you are trying to upload the same product with different CSV file.

If you have many materials then take help from any excel expert to prepare the file with some formula.

For better understanding, create packspec for 4..5 materials manually and download the CVS file by selecting all items.

Thanks,

Sandip

Hi Senthil

Go to transaction /SCWM/PACKSPEC

List out your packspec and click on save CSV file (for SCWM/IPU)

Hope it helps you
