System Error in Self Service portal

Hello All,

While Trying to enroll the ios device System error is generated in the SSP Portal.

Enroll New device -> Enroll -> "System Error "

I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Hi Alok,

iOS 9 · A system error occurs on the iOS devices when enrolling the first time via Self-Service Portal. This applies to iOS 9.2 and later versions, i.e. 9.2.1.


SP14 has been released, you can find the more details on Release Notes.

As per screenshot, you are below SP5 version, you can give a try to upgrade to SP14.

Hi,

FYI:

The past problem that output this message was fixed in Afaria 7 SP5 HF06.

Did you try the latest patch(SP & HF)?

>An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If the problem continues, please contact your Afaria administrator for help.

Please check if ur device enroled somewhere. Please delete that device from another afaria server then try to enrol with new server.
