Please help the T-code SOLMAN_WORKCENTER not run in SAP GUI 7.4 windows 10

Hi Consultants,

I just upgrade my windows from windows 8.1 (SAP GUI 7.3) to windows 10 (SAP GUI 7.4)

I can't run the T-code SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (SAP GUI 7.4 on Windows 10), it's result:

and the T-code: SM_WORKCENTER (via URL) is not run too.

but in SAP GUI 7.3 - Windows 8.1 it's running ok:

Please help me fix this, are there any issue with SAP GUI 7.4 on windows 10 ?

Hi Nguyen, hope you are going well.

So have you checked the PAM already?

SolMan 7.2 is compatible with Win10, but for SolMan 7.1, Win10 is not in the list.

Hi Nguyen,

Have you check your internet options? Such as proxy settings, bypass proxy exclusion, DNS gateway and windows defender (firewall)?.

The internet options might change after you upgrade your windows to windows 10

Can you telnet from your windows 10 to your solman port 80$$?

Yes, i can telnet from the windows 10 to the solman port 8000 and i can access the url: http://sol-mgr.company.com:8000/index.html
