2) How to Link/Map the SAP DMS to Archive Server.

could be useful to setup the storage categories based on your requirements.

How to Link/Map the SAP DMS to Archive Server. kindly suggest.
I think you need to create a new content repository that is linked to the archive server in transaction CSADMIN.
Since this is done you can create a storage category for this repository in transaction OACT.
