Hello tsuresh,

Is the connection test working for this connection? It might be the issue with the SM59 connection.

If connection test from plugin system to itself is successful (connector name should be same as defined in GRC), then please check if the parameters 1000 are maintained. Please let us know of the results.

Kind regards,

Yashasvi

Hello Suresh,

It seems that you are using decentralize FF.  Kindly check that the RFC connection is created in plugin system to plugin system with the same name as in GRC box. Also the parameters are maintained in plugin system.

Hi Chandrani Kaur,

Thanks for your help.

I Implemented SAP Note: 2159892 - EAM 10. X : Dump in GRC plugin system when login to EAM application in Backend system.

Issue resolved.

Hello Suresh,

Please check this note

1861981 - Things to check when error message 'Error in opening RFC destination' appears in GRAC_SPM

Hi Suresh,

It is commum that users install GRCFNDA and GRCPINW in the same system, then there is 2 options is SPRO GRC and GRC(plug-in), and then maintain in GRC(plug-in) the paramenter 1000 that is the connector of GRC foundation (GRCFNDA). So this has to be maintain also in the system that have only the GRCPINW installed so the user perform /n/grcpi/gria_eam sucessfully.

So everywhere that you have in SPRO Governance Risk and Compliance (Plug-in), maintain paramenter 1000 with the connector to GRCFNDA.

Suresh,

In other words, please search before posting, including searching Notes, per the SCN Rules of Engagement. If you have a question about the suitability of a Note or a question about its implementation, that could be a point to be discussed,  but configuration of EAM is well documented here on SCN and elsewhere. Thank you for helping us keep up the quality of discussions here on SCN.

Hi Suresh,

Kindly refer the below SAP Note. You need to maintain Parameter ID 1000 in the Plug-in system. This will be an RFC destination pointing to the system itself.

Also , maintain the parameter ID's 1001, 4000 and 4010 in plug-in system for implementing Firefighter User Exit.

Hi Manjunath,

I already maintained parameter ids in backend system plug-ins.
