error in IBP process modeling while saving

Hi all,

I just started creating process template and instances in IBP process modeling. I have added new process template with 2 steps instances like demand review and supply review.

when I save the process template, it popup with an error message

" Process template cannot be saved: Collaboration is enabled, please provide a Jam group for the step demand view".

Can any one tell me where could be issue or where i can check the reason for this and provide me solution it helps lot.

Hi Vijay,

While configuring the process step you should also assign a JAM group (if you don't have yet any JAM group created, you can click on the 'plus' button which will open the JAM group creation app).

For customers that don't have Collaboration enabled, it is not a mandatory step.

I assume you have IBP 5 as I do, indeed, the JAM group is not marked as mandatory *.

But in 6, i see it as mandatory. So i guess it is just a display issues.
