Error while creating an incident from incident template

Hello All,

Whenever I try to create a new incident from incident template, I get the following error while saving the incident.

I have maintained distinct number ranges for incident, incident template and service request.

Please help me how to resolve this issue.

Found at last,

This issue occurred due to missing SAP Note 1976403. Hence implemented.

Now its working fine.
