Creo cannot be lauched successfully by ECTR "Lauch Creo " button

Hi expert,

When I installed ECTR and Creo interface add-on in Creo 2.0 and specified “PTC Creo Start File” path.

Pls see the screenshot:

After the setting I can start the Creo 2.0 successfully.

But When I closed ECTR and Creo 2.0 and lauched ECTR again, I wanted lauched Creo by ECTR "Lauch Creo " button.

It didn't work.

ECTR status button showed opening all the time. But Creo wasn't opeded.

Ques 1) Why didn't work?

           2) Can ECTR add-on in Creo 2.0 appear automatically, when I only lauch Creo2.0?

Hi Martin,

could you start Creo itself when you start the launcher.exe (<INSTALLATION>\applications\pro\appdata\launcher.exe)?

Delete the log files in <USERHOME>\.riess\SAPInterface, then restart ECTR and press "Launch Creo". Make a ZIP compressed file of the directory and add it to this message. (Is it possible...?)

Pls explain your second question more in detail. What do you mean?

Normally when you launched Creo the ECTR Addon is registered automatically within Creo.
