BO 4- Convert legacy .unv to .unx - Error converting universe - failed to load universe

Hi,

Using idt to try and convert local .unv to a .unx and get message Error converting univserse: Failed to load universe <univers_file_name>.unv.

Local universe  saved for all users and converted other .unv universes from same platform few years ago.

Any thoughts what causes this?

Hi Phillip,

Please try upgrading the unv first by using Upgrade Management Tool and then try File > Convert .unv Universe and check.

Hi Yuvraj,

Thanks for reply - in process of trying similar have opened xi universe in univesre design tool bo4 and will look to save this as a bo4 universe and try convert the bo4 unv to bo4 unx rather than directly try convert xi .unx to .unx
