Manage Purchase Requisition Fiori app errors

Is there a fix available for the following issues I've found in S/4HANA on premise 1511 SP01 please?

1. When you choose "Edit" for a line item, the "Cancel" button in the pop-up won't close it

I have tried picking valid values for all fields, clicking "ok" which saves the changes fine, but when I re-open the edit dialog the cancel button still doesn't close it..

2. When I click "2 Sources of Supply" in the pop up (or "Sources" on the main line-item) the pop-up dialog shows no sources:

There is no error in the network calls:

1. $filter:MATNR eq '1'and WERKS eq '1710'and MENGE eq 5 and PSTYP eq '0' and KNTTP eq 'K' and KZVBR eq 'V' and BSART eq 'NB' and BSTYP eq 'B'

but no results.

Is there are issue with my auths? or the service?

When I check the "Manage Sources of Supply" app I can see a number of sources:

Any advice on these two issues would be greatly appreciated

try to implement following notes:

Also check updated release note for applying all relevant notes for FPS1,

Unfortunately these notes didn't resolve my issues, but I notice FPS2 came out yesterday, so might try an update to that to see if it brings any fixes with it
