VP850 Message, No possible entries exist for this field

When I try to enter shipping point manually in sales order, it gives an error and no input help is available for it when I press F4. There is configuration present for shipping point determination. I double checked it. Some one please help me here, what could be the reason?

Is delivery plant correctly determined? What is the shipping condition of sales document header and loading group of material master?

Is storage location shipping point determination activated? Please check your customizing settings again.

yes, plant has been determined correctly, shipping point determination is maintained as per details in master data. Storage location specific shipping point determination customization is not maintained. Is there any other possible reason for this to happen?

Hi Guru,

Try debugging function module VERSANDSTELLE_ERMITTELN. This is where shipping point determination happens. If delivering plant is not set in item, this function is not called. If you can stop in this function, this means shipping point customizing will be read. You can analyze from over here.
