SAP HCI Not able to download private Key Certificates .

Hi All,

I was trying to create a Http to Mail scenario using HCI middleware.

For this communication we require certificate based communication and while downloading Private key Certificates from my browser for my S-ID, I am finding it disabled as they are marked as " Not Exportable " .

Please can some one help me out to download private Key SAP Passport Certificates from browser to create the scenario?

• Are you the admin on the machine you are connecting the browser and trying to download the Private Key? You need to be the administrator to do this.
• Also make sure you launch and run the browser as a Administrator.
• If both do not help, launch another browser as a Admin and try to install Cert again from Service Market Place and try again! Maybe it was installed by another user and you do not have rights to the same.

Yes I have tried with this also but still it showing the same screen where the private Key export is disabled .

Ok Avichal,

Try in other browser or check if any antivirus or any program is stopping it.
