Service SLA, Date management,Categorization schema

Hello Experts

i have issue for which iam unable to provide resolution.

Issue description:

Normally end user will create Service request based on categorization schema(Complaint/Request) the dates are captured

If Complaint=15 days .If it is Request=30

as per my knowledge

1)Categorization schema is created with request and complaint

2)Service level agreement has been created 5*8

and Subject profile with code is assigned in SLA.

3)Date profile has been defined with Zdate rules

right now for few process types, end date are not capturing even though all the configuration are at place
