Please share process / information by which we can send Mail notification to End user (Requester) once a Customer Code / mater Code is successfully created in SAP MDM.
Current process is - User puts request rom EP - Goes to MDM Workflow - Approval process - Goes to ECC (via PI), customer gets created and customer No. flows back to MDM. Once Customer NO is updated back in MDM, a mail notification is triggered to Requester. (We have a field in Customer Table wich contains "Requester ID" and Request ID is updated with email id in MDM User (console))

I dont understand , I your current process there is already a Mail Notification step.
can you provide a TO BE process to understand the process better.
