no "run run operating system command" before message proccessing

hello,

I have 3 XI systems (dev, qas, prd), all in SP16 (checked via SPAM, IB->help->about and SLD). the "run operating system command before message processing" doesn't show on the production env. (it does show on the DEV and QAS systems).

Did this happen to anyone? do anyone have any idea as to why it is?

Hi,

This should be beacuse the SAP BASIS Compontent in your IR has missing Adapter Metadata.

Please ask your Basis Team to reimport the SAP BASIS Component in your Integration Resposoitory of your Production box.

Also, go to the SAP Basis component in the IR of your production and othjer environements and make sure that hey are on the correct SP patch. Double click on your SAP Basis Component --> Details Tab --> Available Supprt Packages.

Sorry michael, no points,

not having any adapters is an obious problem with the import but here i just had a certain feature not showing.
