Approve Purchase Requisition

Hello Experts,

                   Let us take an example we have created a Requisition using ME51N with multiple line items. And now we need to approve the orders using the standard application "Approve Requisition".Now coming to the problem, is there a way i can approve only the required line items and disapprove the rest.

EX : A and B are two line items and i want to only approve A and disapprove B.

If not possible through standard application. Can we build a custom application for that?

Hi Sreeraj,

With approve requisition : 2 type of workflows exist.

1. Overall release : Releases your PR at once (all the line items will be released)

2. Item level approval : Line item approval.

Kindly configure standard workflow for item level and you should be able to approve line item wise. Here if you have 5 items in 1 PR. In Fiori you will get 5 workitems.
