Hi All,
Thanks a lot for your kind replies.
But we solved the error by our own.
This was due to Z time zone maintenance from BASIS side, We maintained standard time zone and the link started working.
Thanks & Regards,
Rishiraj

Hi,
If you've tried all the above recommendations, then could you try to provide standard SAP required roles once to relaunch the SM_CRM.
Addition to it share the CRM_UI_PROFILE parameter value from the user profile.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for your reply.
But i have already tried everything related to the browser, it is not a problem.
In client 000 it is working fine in the same browser, But in the productive client it is not.
Also, we have created a new copy of the client 000 there also it is working fine.
But what we are trying to figure out is that what went wrong in the productive clients.

Hello,
If you press F12, and go to the debugging tools of IE11 , you should be able to see the Javascript error messages . Any errors there?
Implement SAP Note 2026791 , and clear browser as well as server ICM cache afterwards.
The Note makes sure that the latest Javascript code is in place. It should correct Javascript errors.
Best regards,
Miguel Ariño
