SM_CRM page is coming blank

Former Member

I am trying to open the transaction code SM_CRM using all the required Roles, But the page is blank with no errors on it.

Kind help is required as my implementation of SAP Solution Manager Service Help Desk is stuck.

Thanks in advance,

Rishiraj Agrawal

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for your kind replies.

But we solved the error by our own.

This was due to Z time zone maintenance from BASIS side, We maintained standard time zone and the link started working.

Thanks & Regards,

Rishiraj

Hi,

If you've tried all the above recommendations, then could you try to provide standard SAP required roles once to relaunch the SM_CRM.

Addition to it share the CRM_UI_PROFILE parameter value from the user profile.

Do you see any error messages in ST22 and SM21?

Try to copy paste link in to different brouser and check for errors.. You can use 3rd party tool Fiddler to check what is your browser doing.

Hi Rishiraj

Can you try to add the url to the compatibility view setting in IE11 to see if it helps ?

If you can find another PC with IE8, maybe you can try to see if it is still working ?

Just want to be sure that the browser is not the issue here.

Kind Regards

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your reply.

But i have already tried everything related to the browser, it is not a problem.

In client 000 it is working fine in the same browser, But in the productive client it is not.

Also, we have created a new copy of the client 000 there also it is working fine.

But what we are trying to figure out is that what went wrong in the productive clients.

Hi Rishiraj,

If possible install the HTTPWatch and check the services it is calling.

I think you have not activated all the required SICF services.

Hi Rishiraj,

Try to open the url in Chrome or mozilla. You might receive a error.

Hi Ashutosh,

Thanks for the reply.

But earlier we were using IE8 from which we were getting the below error

After this we upgraded to IE11 and also checked in Chrome & Mozilla, But we are not getting any errors now, but the blank screen.

Can you assign same role as your Solman_Admin user and try again?

I think you are missing business role..

Hello,

If you press F12, and go to the debugging tools of IE11 , you should be able to see the Javascript error messages . Any errors there?

Implement SAP Note 2026791 , and clear browser as well as server ICM cache afterwards.

The Note makes sure that the latest Javascript code is in place. It should correct Javascript errors.
