Unblock customer unable to find button

Hi,

I am able to block the customer by searching customer and selecting it then clicking 'block'. But , if i want to unblock then i dont find unblock button in the results ie., selecting customer in results.

Please let me know if i am missing some thing?

Hi R P,

the "Block" and "Mark for Deletion" buttons are usable for both blocking and un-blocking respectively marking and unmarking for deletion.

Does anyone know why SAP MDG provide 2 different business activities to block(CUP5) and flag for deletion(CUP6)?

I don't understand the rationale for doing so. Why cant we flag for deletion and block at the same time like how it can be done in SAP ECC?
