What all Upgrades and Patches to be applied for XI after post installation

Hi All

I have installed Netweaver 04's and now i m trying to do some work on XI.

I have done all the XI post installation configurations but in last the XI post installatioj guide says apply all the Patches and SP, so anyone can help me in this that wat all patches and in what sequence do we have to apply them.

Right now the server is on SP 06 so what i have done is i have upgraded it to SP 11 for all SAP ABAP SAP BASIS and SAP PIBasis.

I think after this also we have to apply some J2ee Upgrades and Patches and some XI Patches .

Any help in this regard would be great.

Hi,

You need to apply SAP/ABAP Kernal patches. Once this completed try to install Java engine patch this will upgrades you WAS JAVA stack. Once this is done, go ahead with XI Patches such as XI -AFC, XI-AF, XI-Tools. While updating patches try to refer the upgradation guide as XI Patches need to apply in the order.

why don't you have a look at SP implementation guides ?
