Import error -Test logon failed_check DDIC password

Dear All,

Good day.

We are performing SAP hardware migration with help of Homogeneous system copy(Export and import method).


Note: No OS and DB changed. only OS version has been changed from Solaris 10 to solaris 11.

currently, we are migratring Development system to new hardware.

Import has been stopped at DDIC passwrod check phase with error

Upon checking, all SAP wp are waiting status and executed R3trans -d with below output.

When we tried to login via SAPGUI but getting below error message.

Curent kernal leve is 721_EXT non unicode SP600. So SAP note 1824283 is not applicabale.

Dear SS & Isaías,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Issue was resolved.

There was issue in locale file at os level.

After installed resceptive packages and SAP was accessible from SAPGUI.

Hello,

Try setting the parameter "login/quiet_mode = 0".

This will not fix the "rabax during login" issue, but it will make the SAP kernel write more information at the trace files (and most likely create an ST22 dump) from the issue.

If this does not help, try capturing a level 2 trace from the issue could help.

The parameters in this case would be:

  • rdisp/TRACE_COMPS = all, AMY
  • rdisp/TRACE = 2

Hi Gopukrish.

You have to unlock the DDIC  and reset the password as mention in master password. using enable the SAP* user id.
