ERP Vendor WF issue

Hi

We are using standard WF 54300005 for erp vendor(MDG 8.0)...WF is going to error at step 417 task(TS75707980)  because of the rule 75700139.

When i tried to simulate the role...its giving the error.

I configured the BRF+ GET_AGENT and in the workflow log i can see the filter value..

did i miss something??Please let me know.

Hi KP,

WS54300005 is a simple WF template. Please check whether you have maintained Step 1 for your CR type in configuration as shown below:

Then, please check the steps mentioned in 5. Set Up the Workflow in below link if going for simple WF template.

If Rule Based WF, then you have to use WF template WS60800086 not WS54300005. Assign it to your CR type and check configurations as similar as below one:

It is advisable to go for Rule Based Work flow WS60800086, where at runtime you can manipulate WF sequence, CR status, Agent determination, do parallel processing specific to MDG framework through BADI's.
