Tiles and Catalog not visible in SAP Fiori Launchpad.

Hi Expert,

     I am using s/4 hana on permise 1511 SP01. I create a fiori user in 300 client of my HANA system , which is working file when click on Launch Fiori launchpad. All apps working in 300 client .  But when i create a user in 400( testing )  client of same system with same role, sap fiori launchpad not showing any menu , tiles,  apps. It is just going to browser and nothing is showing, only fiori blank page visible. Please help & see attached screen.

Hi Amit,

Have you maintained Group, Catalog, Tile etc for client 400 also, you can use admin URL for client 400 to check if tiles are available for admin or not.

   I have check again all role and services in 400. which is same as 300 client. 300 is my dev system where working fine , 400 is testing where not working fine, no menu no . Could you please help.
