Want to add Panasonic Photocopier DP 8035 in SAP

Dear Experts,

I want to add our photocopier DP 8035 in SAP ERP SPAD.

Please help how to add this driver and where to find this??

Hello Qazi,

according to http://www.panasonic.com/ph/business/business-solution/document-and-imaging-solutions/copiers/dp-803..., this printer has the optional Printing Languages PCL 5e Emulation, PCL 6 Emulation or Adobe PostScript 3.

This means: if you can enable PCL or PostScript, you can test Device Types HPLJ4 / HPLJ4000 or HPLJIIID for the PCL printing. Alternatively, you can test POST2 for the PostScript printing.

If none of these seem to work, then

• since Panasonic is a silver-level member of the SAP Printer Vendor Program (according to SAP Note #2277104 - "Printer Vendor Wizard Note: Panasonic"), you can contact Panasonic directly for a Device Type
• alternatively, the SAPWIN-Device Types can be used (provided that the printer will be connected to a Windows printing environment and Access Method G or S will be used).
