I am not able to establish connection between ECC to PI system (here PI is standalone java box)

The RFC connection test on ECC box provides the below error:

On PI side I have already created the JCo RFC and defined the destinations as well.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue please.

Hi Raghu,

One small correction - Since it is a single java stack, so RFC connection needs to be checked from NWA > Configuration > Infrastructure > Destination.

Hello Harsha,

It depends on which connection you wish to establish.

If its Proxy no need of JCO RFC in PI.

If its IDOC check the whether you have configured a program ID in PI and used the same in RFC connection(In SM59).

Hi Harsha,

What destination you created?? and what connection you are configuring IDOC or proxy?? Check this blog to configure connections between ECC and PI single stack.
