FF Owner not able to search FF ID'S

Hello experts,

We are migrating from 5.3 to 10.1 SP 12 all the configuration steps are properly done. We are following decentralised firefighter . EAM data got migrated and FF user is able to login through FF ID. FF logs also successfully displayed in NWBC.(From the migrated data)

we created a new  FF ID and done the FULL SYNC and EAM master data sync. We are trying to assign owners to FF ID (NWBC > EAM  > Owners  > Assign). When we search the FF ID in owner assignment it is blank. If we give FF ID and click on go we are error message no records found for the search criteria entered.

We are using MAINTAIN FF ID ROLE PER CONNECTOR and maintained the connector and roles. We didn't enabled 4010 parameter

Found few SCN threads and got the notes 1562760, 1668255. All the settings are completely done

Strangely if we maintain 4010 parameter then the FF ID's are displayed in owner assignment.  Since we are maintaining multiple connectors and FF ID roles this setting is not suitable for us.

please suggest how to overcome this scenario.

Hi Ravi,

Kindly check if the FF role is assigned to the FF ID in the plug-in system and the repository sync job is executed.

Also check if the configuration parameter IDs 1000,1001 and 4000 are maintained in the plug-in system.

Are you positive that this new FF ID has the EAM identifier role assigned? That is a step that would be easily missed.
