PPM doesn't get components of phantom assembly

Hello Experts,

When I CIF the PPM which has few phantom assemblies, I found that I don't get the component under the phantom assembly in APO system. I tried Rimodini (CFM9) and also different values of PPM selection dates but it doesn't help.

The weird thing is I have gr1 ( PPM1) with phantom assembly which pass down the components in PPM, but if I create new Grc2( PPM2) it doesn't pass the components of phantom to APO.

Grc 1 is created few years back , recently, we upgraded the system and now we are NW 740 SP11, SCM7 EHP3.   FYI

Pl. advise.

Thanks,

Rajiv

Hello,

Please refer SAP consulting note 448085 - PPM transfer: Tips and tricks

When generating PPMs, the system checks whether the components of the bill of material exist in an active integration model. If not, the corresponding components are not transferred to the PPM.

Components that have the phantom item indicator are not transferred.

Components as intra material are not transferred.

Components that have the bulk issue indicator are not transferred.

Best Regards,
