Issue with parallel processing in heuristic

Hi All,

During the snp heuristic run we faced the following error message. This dint't stop the step, and when I re triggered the heuristic it got completed without any further error message.

So any idea how to prevent such errors during heuristic run in the first place.

Hi Satyabrata,

the message indicates an error during the insert procedure because of duplicate keys which are not foreseen at this stage. What does the application log (trx SLG1) and/or ST22 tell you?

Hi Peter,

I did go through ST22 but there were no dumps found for the day and in SLG1 the same error message was present. I didn't find any further information. I'll be monitoring the system for coming weeks and if this issue occurs again, then I would be able to analyze the dumps and let you know.
