Hi,

Reagrding this ORA-12638 issue, you can check the SAP Notes 614036 - "Composite SAP Note: ORA-12631/ORA-12638" and 620540 - "Authentication Troubleshooting Guide" for troubleshooting

I have reffed above mentioned SAP note.

Could there be a microsoft domain authentication issue?

Hi ,

Issue was resolved by updating the password for domain user SAPServiceSID in domain server (AD)

Error Find :1

SAPServiceSID user password had expired,

Solution: 2

Since SAPServiceSID is a domain user

Kindly inform this to respective team to look forward

Also suggest to keep the same password & make the account not to expire.
