Usage of Calculated Attribute

Hello,

Can anyone tell me on how to use/define a calculated attribute? How can we achieve the results in the keyfigures logic?

Hi Manaswini,

Attribute category 'calculated' can be used to get a calculated value during run time.

For ex- Resource type can be defined as 'calculated' attribute in resource location master data. You can define a calculation for this attribute using attribute transformation. Then value of this attribute (whether 'finite' or 'infinite')  can be determined based on the condition.

SAP model configuration document also provide information regarding this in section 6.2.

I  dont think there is any illustration regarding this in SAP sample models.
