Error while changing the Fund Type (FI_E194)

Hi Experts,

When trying to change the Fund Type in FM5U from "Overall" to "Annual", it is giving the below mentioned message:

Change of budget scope from overall to annual is not allowed

Message No. FI_E194

Kindly guide on how to resolve this issue.

Dear Experts,

Can any one guide on this scenario. Basically when we are adding a new sponsored class it is giving us message:

Grant Requires only one External Fund.

Message No: GMMASTERDATA060

We tried to remove this fund from the grant but it is not letting us remove the Fund and giving this message:

Dimension "XXXX" has been posted against; deletion not permitted.

Message No. GMMASTERDATA166

We tried to change the Fund Type in this fund and the message appeared:

Change of budget scope from overall to annual is not allowed

Message No. FI_E194

It is requested to guide us on the issue.

Hi,

Well, it is what it says. You cannot change the scope if you have postings on the relevant fund.
