HI All
Can you please share information on how dedicated queue can be maintained for Inbound proxy messages in ECC.
We have 2 scenarios:
1. File to Inbound proxy to ECC.
2. ECC outbound proxy to CRM inbound.
These are not EOIO interlaces can be run in any order- however, watever best way to have a dedicated Inbound queue in ECC.
Also, can we increase the no.of queues in the system - can you please show let us know.
Thank you,
Shravya

Hello Shravya,
You cannot define particular Queue ID for the EO QOS, by prioritizing the queues, you can ensure that, the messages go to the particular set of queues and not single queue ID.
Yes, you need to setup the Queue ID in the PI communication channel.

Hi Nitin
Thank you for your response - we were able to successfully complete the inbound (File to Proxy) interface - Queue name defined in PI file channel (EOIO - Queue Name).
However, we are now facing challenge for maintaining something similar for ECC to CRM (Proxy to Proxy scenario) - since the source is ECC Proxy message in the PI 7.31 SOAP Adapter - there is no option to select QoS as EOIO and specify queue Name.
Please, let me know if you think of anyway to implement EOIO and specify queue name for outbound ECC to CRM (thru PI 7.3).
Thanks,
Shravya
