Migration or Integration between SAP IDM and SAP MDG

Hello Everyone,

We are working on a requirement where SAP IDM is already been used by business team for users/roles management, Now as a part of SAP MDG solution either want to have a integration between SAP MDG and SAP IDM or need to migrate all the user roles from SAP IDM to MDG.

There are very limited details available for SAP IDM and SAP MDG integration. Any pointers to the scenario will be appreciated.

Hello Shivam,

I have not done any SAP IDM - MDG integration  however I believe its possible and should be same as SAP IDM - SAP ERP integration.

Follow the same procedure and do the integration in your test system. If you find any error then share the screenshots.

Hi Shivam,

I think you should migrate all the user roles from SAP IDM to MDG system. Need to create equivalent technical composite roles in PFCG. MDG framework, works on technical PFCG roles only.
