Algorithms available in EIS

Hi,

Please share the algorithms available in EIS to calculate safety stock, service level etc. I want to understand how these are different than that available in APO.

EIS takes into account the whole supply chain to calculate the safety stocks at each item-location. As such, it factors in the demand and the supply uncertainty.

The algorithms of EIS are part of SAP IP and (as far as I know) can't be shared.
