Hello,
I'm starting to work as basis and I have a task to be done:
I need to allow some users to access the ITSM, so they could create incidents and requests. For that, I've created a business partner to the user through the BP_GEN.
But when I create the BP for the user, I lose my own user BP . Thus, when I access the ITSM I get the "Your User is not assigned to a Business Partner" message.
What I'm doing wrong? What's the proper way to do that?

Hi,
In addition to that this problem arises when in displayed in BP role is" contact person":- your external bp number is used by other person. Similarly your user details in displayed in BP role :- Employee , used by other user. Hence make sure these details identification numbers, and contact person details, employee user details are always unique.,
