Sales Order ref. not shown in QM notification-Account assignment.

Hello Team,

We are facing the below issue in customized notification type Z2  which is configured with ref to SAP std.Q2 notification type.

Steps followed to re creating the issue:

1) Purchase order 4500001422 with Account assignment as Sales Order number 1 and item number 20:

2) Creating the notification type Z2( vendor complaint) with ref to P.O 4500001422:

info message:Copy data from purchasing document 4500001422 to notification

3) Verified the Account assignment field value under 'Subject Tab' & no rerence Sales order number has been updated in the field:

4) In QM01-Given the Sales order number and item number manually in the 'sales order' field and Saved the notification.

5) In QM02-Change mode , Sales order - item number is not appearing ( no value ) in 'Account assignment- Sales order' field.

6) Also please find the screen ref. in customizing for Z2 notif type.

Hello,

Does it working with notification type Q2? In notifictaion field VIQMEL-KUNUM or VBELN is updated?

Screen area 040 reference documents and screen area 005 reference object

Define the screen area 005 before screen area 040 ,  so that you assign reference documents in the initial screen when you create the notification.
