Dear Experts,

For Salesforce-SAP integration,we are done with creating a customer in SAP,this is achieved where Salesforce team consumes PI WSDL ,and they are able to send the record and successfully created in SAP.

For the response part(back to SFDC),the following error occurs in SAP PI.

SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="INTERNAL">UNAUTHORIZED</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1>401</SAP:P1>

<SAP:P2>Unauthorized</SAP:P2>

<SAP:P3>(See attachment HTMLError for details)</SAP:P3>

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText />

<SAP:Stack>Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401 , error text: Unauthorized)</SAP:Stack>

<SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

Note:The channel  is SOAP receiver .

Please suggest.

Hello All,

This error occurs for all the scenarios.not only for salesforce integration.

If tested for file to file the below error occurs.

SAP:Stack>Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401 , error text: Unauthorized)</SAP:Stack>..

• Exchange Profile would have the incorrect username password for PIAFUSER. Please check this.
• Check SXI_CACHE --> Go to Adapter Engine and see the URL here. Is it a valid URL.

i guess, you should have used user in the receiver channel which connects to SAP. check if that user has correct roles and make sure that password given is correct.

Exchange of certificate is required or  only if  the salesforce certificate installed on PI server is enough.

Once Salesforfce should do.

Also check for any firewall or any proxy settings that needs to be enabled.

The error

is happening for all the scenarios..it is not happening only for salesforce integration

For simple file to file .the error occurs in SXMB_MONI.Can you please suggest.
