Thanks a lot Laszlo and Deepa,
Sorry for the delay. The PDF preview was blocked by the firewall settings.
When i tried using the same with client VPN it worked well.
Thanks for your time.
I have one query, I used command "PDF!" to download the PDF from the PDF Preview but is was not working.
Is there any settings which i need to maintain to download a PDF with command PDF! ?
Appreciate your support.

Hello Kamaleshkar,
a little bit of technical background about the PDF preview:
when a PDF preview will be initiated, the SAP instance will create a PDF file which will be sent to the SAP GUI.
However, this PDF file will be sent to the SAP GUI with HTTP / HTML technology. This means that a regular internet-browsing scenario will be used here - and as such, the problem needs to be addressed from a network perspective.
From what I have seen, a typical reason for the PDF preview failure is an incorrect domain / FQDN setting.
See these SAP Notes which describe how the domain and FQDN should be set:
If everything has been done from these Notes yet the problem persists, please consult your Network team to check what exactly "backfires" during a PDF preview.
Best regards,
Laszlo
