Approve Reject Buttons not appearing for parallel processing

Hi All,

We currently have workflow for GL creation working fine in our MDG box. We now have a requirement to enhance this workflow and do parallel processing - so, for each level of approval we now have multiple work items getting created. We need to capture the outcome of the work items and take appropriate actions.

Until now, where parallel processing was not involved, the workflow worked fine in terms of "approve" "reject" buttons appearing on the CR screen for the assigned agents.

But now, once we changed the WF to involve parallel processing, the button are no longer visible on the Change request. We are still using the same CR type. step numbers, actions etc.

Could you please help if there is any special setting to be done to enable the buttons for parallel processing as well?

Hi,

are you maintaining these in previous action in single value decision table? and make sure you are calling the correct Step type in the user agent decision table for the parallel processing
