Unable to do attachments for File in Fiori app for FLM

Hi,

At the time of creation of File in FLM, system is not allowing me to do any attachments in Fiori. I am not sure where i have missed the steps.

I have one dought is it because when i am setting my workarea i have got the below message but system is allowing me to create file. I have checked RMS ID in role SAP_BC_RM_ADMINISTRATOR it is set as"*".

I am not getting any error or i can see any attachment. I get a message like "No Data".
