Optimizer Issue

Hi Friends

I am using optimizer for supply planning.

Here is the scenario.Product A can be supplied Plant 1 ,2 or 3.Plant 1 is most profitable one.

Because the Transportation and production cost is less compared to other plants.

Even though I have maintained high cost on other plants and less cost Plant 1 still system is not sourcing plant 1.

Also one more query.In my Location sourcing do I need to maintain ratio ?

Anything suggestions.

Please check you maintained also the non delivery cost rate.

Please verify if you have maintained the following information..

Enter lower transportation costs for the transportation lane of your preferred location than those for the other transportation lane. Transportation costs consist of the means of transport costs (costs from the Means of Transport section of the transportation lane) and the product-specific means of transport costs (from the Product-Specific Means of Transport section).
