Please let me know if there is a way to copy projects/wbs elements from Production to lower lifecycles. It could be any method - BDC/LSMW/custom program/IDocs . .just give me a method..

Hello

By copying if you mean to replicate the entire project with transactional data , then the way out is to create the entire structure in quality / development.

You can create projects by using standard templates.

If its a cross client replication then you may have to take ABAP / BASIS support.
