System monitoring add Recipient in email notifications

HI Expert,

I want to add the new recipient ID to system monitoring in email notification, I checked in SOST, the auto email is sending normally in old recipient ID,

but the new added recipient ID is still not received the email, any config I miss it?

There is some problem in configuration.

Hi

Check in step 2.3 default settings what had you maintained.

Also check the id maintained in user address, if you had maintained the bp then check the bp master data.

Check for each alert what settings you had made (in expert mode).

You need to check all alerts and set 'Auto-Notifications' to 'Use template settings' instead of default or global if you are maintaining the recipient at template level.

Dear Rishav, Thanks for your reply. The 2.3 maintained seem normally. bp checked was already maintain email address. for you screen cap to check.

Just try to reactivate monitoring for particular system and check; it should send notification to new recipients too.

Hi Man,

Tcode -> Solman_Setup

Go to template maintenance in system monitoring and select relevant template -> click on managed objects tab on right side of window -> select managed system -> apply and activate.

Before activating please check the email recipients in notification tab.

Hi Man,

Because Technical Systems might be assigned with standard templates during configuration.

Did you check new email recipients in notification tab and if recipients are present did you try to reactivate?
