Issues while creating and modifying mitigating controls

Hi Gurus

I am on GRC AC 10.1 SP11 .I am facing issues while modifying and creating mitigation control. Every time I try to modify existing mit control i get error "Valid-To date  cannot be extended.I get this error when I click on Owners tab.

When I try to create new Mit control and I click on owners tab , I get error "org unit does not exist" though org unit is existing.

Could you help me with resolution for this.

After applying the note I don't get the error.However when I try to save the control it gives me internal error.Could you help me with this as well.

Check if any workflow is on.

Hello Anika,

This could be due to the Organization details maintained in GRC system has the validity expired.

Please check the organization details and its validity from NWBC --> Master Data Work Center

It should give an idea.

I have not come across this issue, can you please let me know the steps you followed?

for mitigation controls have you created Org Unit and Child Org?

it says change document object does not exist, have you tried a different control with different risks?
