GUI logon not possible

Hi,

I could not able to login to GUI. I am getting the below error. System is started without any issues, dpmon is working fine.

ERROR:

SAP system message: rabax during sapgui logon

Hi,

All end users are not able to logon with the same error ?

If you performed system upgrade before this issue, please try to run SGEN and check again .

if only one specific user has this problem, probably a issue of SAPGUI, you can just try to install a new version SAPGU and try again.

Hi,

     Problem is for every user, not only for one user. We have tried by rebooting the server also but same result. And according to SAP Note 207434 we have added quiet mode parameter and tried.

Still we could not able to open gui.

Please reproduce this error again and upload the updated workprocess trace file(dev_w under work folder of the instance) .
