SAP DFPS(Defence Force & Public Security) Career Scope.

Hello Expert,

I have 4+ years of experience in SAP PI but due to lack of core work in SAP PI in my current project I have been asked to learn DFPS(Defense Force & Public Security) module of SAP.

So could you please let me know that I should move with  DFPS module as good career option or not?.

Hello Experts,

As DFPS is new technology so I agree that learning this will be good for me but at the same time, as per my knowledge, It has not been implemented in any defense force as of now. So will learning this from scratch( being SAP PI consultant) is good for me..?

Hello Vishnu - I won't comment on career opportunities. But, I can say that DFPS has been around for over 10 years. There are a significant number of SAP customers that have implemented this solution with many others in the process.
